• The Barn & Surrounding Grounds for a 3 Hour Event with 4.5 Hour Rental for up to 200 People (We can accomodate up to 300 people)
• Changing Suites
• Onsite Parking
• Parking/Venue Attendant on Premises Entire Event
• Reception Docking Station
• Caterer Prep Room
• We do the Setup, Breakdown, and Cleanup of our Tables, Chairs, and Linens
• We also do the Cleaning of the Venue Before and After

Rentals Added to Each Event Per Guest Count:

Linens, Runners, Sashes	$16/$4/$3 each
Security (added to each event 1-200 people)	$185.00

Optional Rentals:

Alcohol Liability Fee (To have alcohol on premises)	$3.50 per person
