  • The Barn & Surrounding Grounds for a 3 Hour Event with 4.5 Hour Rental for up to 200 People (We can accomodate longer events and up to 300 people)

  • We do the Setup, Breakdown, and Cleanup of our Tables, Chairs, and Linens

Payment option 1: Remaining balance due within 15 days after booking. Payment Option 2: Monthly payments due the 15th of each month. Final Balance payment due 60 days prior to event. Rates Subject to change without notice. All rates subject to 9.75% TN sales tax, 18% service fee, $500 security deposit, & 15% Gratuity: minimums apply.
